Return Window

We offer a strict 30-day return policy. You have exactly 30 days from the date of your purchase to request a return or an exchange.

Eligible Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the digital software license must be in "New" condition. This means the product key has not been permanently registered or locked to an Intuit account in a way that prevents it from being successfully deactivated and transferred.

Accepted Return Reasons

We accept returns and process refunds for the following reasons:

• Defective Products: E.g., The license key provided is invalid, produces an error, or fails to activate upon first use.
• Non-Defective Products: E.g., Customer remorse, you purchased the wrong version (Mac instead of Windows), or you simply changed your mind.

Return Method & Labels

Because Google Merchant Center requires a standardized physical return path, all formal return claims that require a signed affidavit of software destruction or deactivation verification are processed By mail.

If documentation is required to be mailed back to us, we will provide a free return shipping label (Download and print) at absolutely no cost to you.

Restocking Fees

We believe in full transparency. There are absolutely no hidden fees. We charge a No Cost ($0.00) restocking fee for all eligible returns.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return request is approved and the license key is successfully verified as deactivated, we will immediately initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.).

Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account or on your credit card statement, depending heavily on your specific financial institution's processing times.
