Return & Exchange Policy

At VULT DE, we engineer our garments to endure. We provide a 30-day structural warranty on all archival objects to ensure your acquisition meets our rigorous quality standards.
1. THE 30-DAY WARRANTY
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or report a structural defect. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original archival packaging.
2. SIZE EXCHANGES & REPLACEMENTS
If your garment does not meet your size requirements, we offer a seamless exchange protocol:
- The Process: Contact us at contact@vultde.com to initiate the exchange.
- The Swap: Once we receive and inspect your original garment at our facility, we will immediately dispatch the new size/product to your address.
- Condition: Items must be unwashed and in original condition to qualify for a size exchange.
3. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
Refunds are granted under the following specific conditions:
- Unopened Items: The product remains in its original, sealed packaging.
- Damaged/Defective: The product arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
- Not as Described: The product significantly differs from the technical description or imagery provided in our atelier.
4. RETURN LOGISTICS
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at contact@vultde.com.

- Authorization: Items sent back to us without a prior "Return Authorization" will not be processed.
- Inspection: Upon reception, our team will inspect the item. If it shows signs of wear or damage not previously reported, the return may be denied.
5. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Once your return is inspected and approved, the refund is initiated immediately.
- Duration: The refund process takes 10 business days to complete.
- Method: Credits will be applied automatically to your original payment method.
- Note: Financial institutions may require additional time to post the transaction to your statement. If you have not received your funds after 15 business days post-approval, please contact our support team.
6. DAMAGES AND DISCREPANCIES
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the incorrect object, contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate the issue and make it right via priority replacement.
7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Archive Sale."
- Gift cards.
- Personal care items or garments that have been altered/tailored post-purchase.
8. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still meet our "Original Condition" requirements.
