Welcome to the VULT DE digital atelier. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to the VULT DE brand. We operate this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these Services to you.

These Terms of Service (these "Terms")—together with any archival policies referenced herein—describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By visiting, interacting with, or purchasing from the atelier, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use or access the Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT ELIGIBILITY

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (the age of majority in the United States). To engage with the Services—including accessing the archive or purchasing garments—you may be asked to provide verified information such as email, billing, and shipping details. You warrant that all information provided is accurate and current.

SECTION 2 – ARCHIVAL OBJECTS AND PRODUCT REPRESENTATION

We strive to present the most accurate technical information regarding our garments. However, colors and textures may vary slightly due to device display configurations. We do not warrant that the physical appearance or performance of any product will meet individual subjective expectations. All product specifications are subject to modification at our discretion.

SECTION 3 – ORDER PROTOCOL

Placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. VULT DE LLC reserves the right to accept or reject any order. Acceptance is only confirmed once payment is processed and a shipping manifest is generated. Purchases are for personal use only and may not be used for unauthorized commercial resale.

SECTION 4 – PRICING AND BILLING ARCHITECTURE

Prices and promotions are subject to change without prior notice. Posted prices exclude applicable sales taxes and—where applicable—international customs charges. You warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that all billing data is complete.

SECTION 5 – LOGISTICS AND DELIVERY

All delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by international customs processing, carriers, or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the items to our priority carrier (FOB shipping point).

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services and all materials (trademarks, brand DNA, logos, text, and technical imagery) are owned by VULT DE LLC and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Reproduction or distribution of any atelier material without written consent is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

Access to third-party tools (such as payment gateways or sizing apps) is provided "as is" and "as available." Use of these tools is at your own risk and subject to the terms of those third-party providers.

SECTION 8 – EXTERNAL LINKS

The atelier may contain links to third-party platforms. We are not liable for any harm or damages arising from your interaction with third-party websites.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Our archive is hosted by Shopify. However, all transactions are made directly with VULT DE LLC. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for the quality, delivery, or fulfillment of the goods purchased.

SECTION 10 – ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors or inaccuracies relating to pricing and availability, and to cancel orders if any information is found to be inaccurate at the time of purchase.

SECTION 11 – PROHIBITED USES & TERMINATION

You are prohibited from using the Services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe upon our intellectual property, or to transmit malicious code. We reserve the right to terminate these Terms or your access to the atelier at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

SECTION 12 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall VULT DE LLC or its directors be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

SECTION 13 – GOVERNING LAW; VENUE

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be settled exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
